Prakruti Farms provides essential amenities to enhance your event experience, including a common kitchen for cooking, ensuring that culinary delights are prepared to perfection. Additionally, common toilets are available for the convenience of your guests.

Capacity

With seating for up to 400 guests and a floating crowd capacity of 1000 people, our versatile spaces cater to gatherings of various sizes (starting from 50 people), ensuring that your event is both intimate and inclusive. Our wedding venue is pet friendly too!

Parking Facilities

Say goodbye to parking woes with ample space for up to 50 cars within the farm premises. Your guests can arrive hassle-free and focus on enjoying the festivities without any concerns. Valet parking can also be arranged at request.

1. Venue Facilities

The wedding venue includes:

Wedding stage and outdoor lawn spaces for the main event
Separate lawn areas for dining
Common washrooms
Parking area
3 cottages for the bride and groom families
Vegetarian kitchen
Separate area for non-vegetarian cooking
Cleaning charges are included in the package

2. Booking Packages & Pricing

A. For gatherings upto 100 guests

Weekdays (Mon–Thu): ₹75,000
Weekends (Fri–Sun): ₹90,000

A. For gatherings from 100-250 guests

Weekdays (Mon–Thu): ₹1,00,000
Weekends (Fri–Sun): ₹1,20,000

B. For gatherings of 250–500 guests

Weekdays (Mon–Thu): ₹1,40,000
Weekends (Fri–Sun): ₹1,60,000

3. Timings

Check-in: 7:00 AM on the event day
Check-out: 7:00 PM on the event day
12 hour slot

4. Exclusions & Additional Charges

The following are not included in the package price and will be billed separately:

Diesel Generator: ₹10,000 for 5 hours (additional hours on pro-rata basis)
Decoration & Catering can be arranged through our empaneled vendors or the Host may engage third-party vendors.
Additional Rooms: Accommodation in nearby homestays or hotels can be arranged at extra cost. There are 15 additional rooms within half a kiolmeter distance from our wedding venue.

5. Payment Terms

Rs.25,000/- refundable security deposit will be applicable.
50% advance at the time of booking to block the date.
Balance 50% to be paid no later than 1 month before the event.
All payments are non-refundable.

6. General Rules & Responsibilities

The Host is responsible for ensuring guests and vendors comply with Venue rules and local laws.
The Host shall be liable for any damage to property, fixtures, or landscaping.
Loud music and sound systems must comply with local noise regulations and permitted timings. Loud speakers must be turned off at 11:00pm.
The Venue is strictly non-smoking indoors.
Waste segregation is mandatory; additional disposal costs may apply for excessive waste.
