With seating for up to 250 guests and a floating crowd capacity of 350 people, our versatile spaces cater to gatherings of various sizes, ensuring that your event is both intimate and inclusive.

Prakruti Farms provides essential amenities to enhance your event experience, including a common kitchen for cooking, ensuring that culinary delights are prepared to perfection. Additionally, common toilets are available for the convenience of your guests.

Parking Facilities

Say goodbye to parking woes with ample space for up to 50 cars within the farm premises. Your guests can arrive hassle-free and focus on enjoying the festivities without any concerns.

1. Venue Facilities

The Venue includes:

Outdoor lawn spaces for the main event area
Separate lawn area for dining
Common washrooms
Parking area
3 cottages for the bride and groom families
Vegetarian kitchen
Separate area for non-vegetarian cooking

2. Booking Packages & Pricing
(Introductory Offer for advance bookings done before 31st Oct 2025)

A. For gatherings upto 100 guests

Weekdays (Mon–Thu): ₹60,000
Weekends (Fri–Sun): ₹70,000

A. For gatherings from 100-250 guests

Weekdays (Mon–Thu): ₹75,000
Weekends (Fri–Sun): ₹85,000

B. For gatherings of 250–500 guests

Weekdays (Mon–Thu): ₹90,000
Weekends (Fri–Sun): ₹1,00,000

3. Timings

Option 1

Check-in: 2:00 PM on the event day
Check-out: 11:00 AM the following day

Option 2

Check-in: 7:00 AM on the event day
Check-out: 10:00 PM on the event day

*Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Exclusions & Additional Charges

The following are not included in the package price and will be billed separately:

Cleaning charges: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on event size. It includes 1 cleaner for gents toilet and 1 cleaner for ladies toilet during the event time)
Diesel Generator: ₹7,500 for 5 hours (additional hours on pro-rata basis)
Decoration & Catering:
- Can be arranged through our empanelled vendors or the Host may engage third-party vendors.
Additional Rooms: Accommodation in nearby homestays or hotels can be arranged at extra cost.

5. Payment Terms

50% advance at the time of booking to block the date.
Balance 50% to be paid no later than 1 month before the event.
All payments are non-refundable.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque (subject to clearance).

6. General Rules & Responsibilities

The Host is responsible for ensuring guests and vendors comply with Venue rules and local laws.
The Host shall be liable for any damage to property, fixtures, or landscaping.
Loud music and sound systems must comply with local noise regulations and permitted timings. Loud speakers must be turned off at 10:30pm.
The Venue is strictly non-smoking indoors.
Waste segregation is mandatory; additional disposal costs may apply for excessive waste.
Electricity charges are included in the package.
