  • Dosas: Best known for making iron-rich, flavorful dosas with a perfect crispy texture, ideal for breakfast or dinner. Soak Raktasali rice in water for 6-8 hours. Mix Urad dal, poha and fenugreek to make it softer and then grind the mixture to make a smooth batter. Let it ferment overnight in a warm place for 8-10 hours. Make crispy golden dosas with the batter.
