Made from nutritious whole Foxtail millet grains which are slow roasted to perfection. Foxtail is also known as Navane in Kannada, Korra in Telugu, Thenai in Tamil, Kangni in Hindi and Bhojpuri.  

Versatile Ingredient: Use this millet flour in a variety of recipes like dosas, rotis, breads and more for a boost of whole grains. To make chapattis add 50% multi millet mix to 50% wheat atta and makethe dough. To make neer dosas add butter milk, coriander, chopped onions to multigrain mix.  

Gluten-Free: This flour is naturally gluten free, containing no gluten, this flour is suitable for those requiring a gluten-free diet and is suitable for celiacs.  

LOW GI: Since this mix is made from millets, it is low in GI and keeps you full for a longer time. It has high fiber content than wheat and rice.
